NWT Mint's new product...?
http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/show...php?p=13668013
I'm considering buying a few hundred or so of these from NWT Mint on the next big rigged paper spot price plunge and sell them on eBay instead of the sealed one oz bars which frankly do better than SAE or Silver Maples on the buy sell spread. What are your thoughts on this product? Frankly I think junk 90% is the way to go for limited barter. IMO you are always better off stockpiling and warehousing everything you think you will need. http://bullion.nwtmint.com/images/st...1ozBAR_obv.jpg http://bullion.nwtmint.com/images/st...1ozBAR_rev.jpg |

They seem to take a long time with people's money before delivering. Personally, I wouldn't risk sending them my money way in advance for things because if they happen to go under, you would be an unsecured creditor.

Re: NWT Mint's new product...?
Search for threads about NWT mint here and on the other popular forums and you will read multiple horror stories of people sending $$$ and not receiving anything but lip service for months and months. Even the state of Washington has had previous actions against the co and there is some evidence that the owner is an ex-con in addition to being a con artist. Just what I have read - and I certinly wouldn't want to find out if it is all true or not. I have a few of their really nice looking bullion products but bought them from a pawn shop a few years go.

Re: NWT Mint's new product...?
I really do like the idea behind this bullion though. I like it a lot actually. The question is would anyone take a 1/4 ounce piece even though it is clearly marked it will also be clearly broken off of a larger piece...
I like the idea though...maybe we can pick some of these up at apmex at a later date? |

If you want it........
Wait till the secondary market picks it up. Trust me on that......or find out for yourself. T |
